Industry Neutral Company Facilitates Digital Cinema

Digital Entertainment Services LLC (“Digeserv”) operates an industry-wide digital network for the motion picture industry and its suppliers.  The Digeserv platform of services delivers digital content for studios, exhibitors, distributors of digital content, advertisers and other digital cinema companies.  In its core business, Digeserv  offers a suite of services which enable theaters around the world to convert from analog 35 mm film projection systems to digital film delivery.

Digeserv provides three basic services, any of which are available to its customers under its industry neutral platform:

• A satellite based network that beams digital content and programming to exhibitors tied to its network and which have installed satellite receiving dishes, digital projectors, servers and other equipment able to receive and project the digital images.
• Financing, installation, and maintenance for the digital equipment utilized within its network as well as 24 x 7 x 365 customer support for theaters utilizing operations its delivery network.
• Administration of the financial and accounting for the transactions associated for all users of the digital network using a clearinghouse to control receipts and payments handled by Digeserv.

Digital content may include motion pictures, pre-movie programming, alternative entertainment venues and advertising, all which can be received by exhibitors through the Digeserv delivery network.
